Yah there is little hope bc Wilcox is just gonna do the same things. Maybe he'll help Musgrave and/or Angus find another job then gently let them resign like Baldwin. That's about as far as Wilcox will go to change anything. This is gonna be brutal the rest of the way.

We could have too. The excuse-makers for our coaching staff argued ND is good. They are terrible.

As just a mediocre PAC-12 team playing an incredibly easy first 6 games, we should be undefeated right now, with Gameday in Berkeley next week. But Wilcox and Musgrave cannot even achieve mediocrity.

Furd just beat ND in South Bend with better D than we had.
They have put 2 decent games together.
Furd has played one of the most difficult schedules in the country and is 2-4.
We have put 2 horrid games together in a row and now stand 3-3 after one of the easiest schedules in the country.
If you really want to torture yourself, start hoping for a big game win.
The point of Cal football is to learn to not hope for ANYTHING AT ALL---NOTHING!
