Great news! Welcome to the Cal Family, Matt! Go Bears!
Bears Add JC Safety Matt Littlejohn
The Bears added their third transfer of the week in 6-0/180 Citrus College safety Matt Littlejohn a week after his official visit to Cal.
The incoming junior played high school ball in San Antonio’s John Paul Stevens High School where he was a 2019 grad before heading west to play JC ball at Citrus College where he had 51 tackles and 2 interceptions, including 1 pick-six and also had seven breakups and three tackles for loss and was named to the All-Western State Conference First Team Defense squad.
With preseason first team all-conference safety Daniel Scott graduating, the JC DB has a chance to compete to replace him or potentially play as a longer corner, as well.
The Bears beat out Arizona State, Oregon State, Washington State, Utah, Kansas, Illinois and others for Littlejohn’s commitment.
