That's Cal Strong's point.
Our Chemistry, English, Engineering, and History programs are all Top 5. And the people who run them aren't making $4.5 million each year.
Our football program hasn't been in the Top 5 since 2007. But the leader of that program is making $4.5m/year to be terrible.
It is hard to ask for more money under these circumstances
