I wish I could have the same empathy as he does, but I do not at this moment. I was going to go down and see Cal in the Rose Bowl today, but I can't do it...and I'm holding out for a miracle someday to see Cal in THE Rose Bowl game...not one with squatters hosting the event.

It's more a sad day for the Pac 12...a great conference gone (sort of I guess).

I am in Pasadena for the game. The rumor is they will open the field to let fans walk on the field, yep that's what I'm going to do. The final curtain to the conference. Funeral, memorial, whatever it's over.

I'm not nearly as PO'd at the home of the Lori Laughlin Memorial Women's Rowing Team as I am with UCLA and The Regents. The Regents had to be a special kind of stupid not to realize that the PAC media deal was going to be vastly devalued with no team in LA, and they were absolutely derelict in their duty to UC in not making clear to UCLA that their actions hurt a fellow UC school, and that UC doesn't owe OJ Simpson's Alma Mater a damn thing.
