The physicality that we played with last night was impressive as hell.
We literally hit the Baby Bears in the mouth ;from the coin-toss on . . . and they never recovered.

Will miss the PAC-12 but good riddance to the PAC-12 Network (I know this was on ESPN, our new corporate master…).

The technical production people were great IMO.
The distribution negotiators RUINED the entire conference. Head visionary was Larry Scott, right? (Insert fizzle sound emoji)

The network always looked and sounded great. Too bad people couldn't watch it.

When you break it down, they really lost (and we really won) on Special Teams - the punts putting them in bad field position, their missed field goal; our made field goals; and the incredible 100-yard Jaydn Ott kick return that came at a moment when it looked like they were turning the momentum their way.

The UCLA returner just letting that punt sail over his head and bounce for 70 yards was truly baffling.

Chip Kelly: special (education) coach.
His greed took potential FG points off the board, making the chasm insurmountable and his team lost heart.

We kicked their asses all over the field. Whether that's absolutely true or not may be debatable, but it sure feels good to say it!

Did I hear the TV announcers correctly when they said this was UCLA's best defensive season ever? How does Chip Kelly go only 7-5 with his offensive resume and all the talent they have?

It's also part of why UCLA fans are calling for Chip Kelly to be fired. Another part is that UCLA had one of the softest schedules in its history; it didn't have to play either UDumb or Nike U this year. His only saving grace is he beat those their crosstown rivals this year.

Looking forward to hearing the ACC TV announcers talking about how good of a RB Ott is.
Nah, it's gonna' be like tasting castor oil for them to even acknowledge our existence.
Of course, the teleprompter will force them, but...

Losing at home to ASU and Cal by a combined 50-14 score should get you fired at any school that cares about football.

That's probably another major point in favor of his firing among the UCLA fans. Personally, I dislike that point as it diminishes Cal. I want Cal to be a school that everyone pencils in as an expected loss (not an expected win) at the beginning of the year.

Losing to us was the straw that broke the camel's back for Clay Helton at USC. Enter Lincoln Riley, who probably has 1-2 years left to make it all work. Talk about underperforming.

Cal is 17-17 against Ucla since 1990, including 2020 when we played with zero practice in LA even though the game was supposed to be played in Berkeley that year. They have no reason to expect to beat us except their overinflated egos. It's not 1970 anymore.

One of the hazards of not having a football stadium on campus is bot being to simulate real game time conditions.

They don't have a full length practice field. Side by side short fields. Not sure exactly how long but looks like 60 yds.

Take another look; the picture showed about 35 yards on either side. The "50" cannot be accurate if the "10" and "20" are accurate.

It's not a real field. It goes 10, 20, 50. So 30 yds total. Agree the pic shows about 35 yds including around 5 on the other side of the "50." Upon further review it looks like the fields are probably 80 yds each:

I think J Mike was the fastest guy on the field last year. Prior to him, maybe Ashtyn Davis. But if you mean the undisputed fastest guy on the field, the last one was likely Jahvid Best.
