I'm glad this guy has left the insider board for these one note things, but just so you guys over here know what you are dealing with:

If you google Jon Kurtz's , he is a real estate broker who gets on YouTube for his self-proclaimed "side hustle" and pontificates. If you listen to what he says, he just quotes snippets of what journalists have said. He typically gets a few thousand views for his podcasts (we can get that many reads and more from just posting on BI).

So less you think your getting some national expert - almost all who think Clemson and FSU have no place to go because their not to be additive from a TV standpoint, and neither meets the base B1G academic criteria of being a AAU team - beware the OP makes a habit of posting content from any stupid person he can find on the internet to support his view that Cal belongs in some conference with heavy weights such as UNLV.
