Discussion of expanding the PAC, at least for football, but wait a bit to do so.

Mentions several west coast Group of Five schools that could be added to the PAC, which I have long advocated. States some believe addiing Fresno State would essentially hurt Cal and Stanford attendance, which I disagree with -- it is too far from them for that result to occur. Comments suggest adding my fave choice to the new conference -- UNLV. Would love to travel to Vegas to watch Cal play there every other year and have a good time in Vegas.

Las Vegas is so far down my list of places to visit that it's not even worth mentioning. But . . . different strokes for different folks.

I almost think you are the result of Fresno State's best computer science grad ever deciding to use ChatGPT to troll us on his alma mater's behalf. A sentient AI whose sole purpose is to argue for a west coast league when it makes no sense for anyone from the former Pac12.

I honestly can't see why you'd keep taking the time to write up the same argument a few times a week for months when it gets zero traction. Clearly these posts take time. And they haven't gotten any responses that remotely resemble positive reinforcement.

It would be kind of impressive though

We signed away our Grant of Rights with the ACC. Get back to us 12 years from now in 2036 when it expires and we can revisit this option.

Here's my five favorite things to do in Fresno:

1. Take a nap so I'm not looking at my surroundings.
2. Book a flight to anywhere else.
3. Take the flight to anywhere else.
4. Pack my bags and load up my car.
5. Watch Fresno recede in my rear view mirror.

How do these posts not get taken down for repeating the same information in thread after thread after thread by the OP.

If you ever have to spend time in Fresno, my list:
1. Eat Mexican food
2. Forestiere Underground Gardens
3. Lots of great caves near Fresno
4. Drive to the Sierras: 1 hr or less to great camping or fishing, or to Kings Canyon, 1.5 hours to Sequoia or Wawona in Yosemite (2 hours to Yosemite Valley).
5. Wine tasting (not just E.J Gallo which is just like visiting the Chevron refinery in El Segundo, but with a somewhat more drinkable product).

Never said Fresno was a great place to visit now, though eventually they might have a decent ski resort an hour and a half from town. What I did say was that some of the best resort citiescould be in a new league. For viisiting teams in the new conference, think visiting Las Vegas, San Diego, and San Francisco. Also Hawaii once they fix or build a new stadium, maybe in five or six years.

You still live in Eastern Oregon though. Despite full service gas stations and breweries, is there anything your state contributes?

If you are referring to me, I've never been to Eastern Oregon. I hope to visit Bend in a couple of months, but doubt that is hardly considered Eastern Oregon.

Western Oregon towns like Eugene and Corvallis are quite nice and are close to some very good wineries. Oregon easily ranks as the # two producer of the best wine in the country, following California.

Does it say "Eastern Oregon" in your name? Quite obviously I wasn't replying to you.
