I've been stuck in a Cal football groundhog day, and the QB is always Chase Garbers.

This post has the top two ranked QB's in the ACC being the starting QB's at two PAC 12 schools last season.

Cam Ward and DJ Uiagalelei are both really good QBs but were not the best in the PAC-12 last year. That the QBs from the two PAC-12 schools that got relegated might be the best in the ACC this year shows how good the PAC-12 was. I was really hoping we would get one of them. Instead, we face both again this year.

Yeah, neither of those two was even the best QB in his own state last season, and this year they are starting for two of the four projected best teams in the ACC.
