I stumbled across a large Youtube archive of Washington State Football Games from the 1920s through about 2005. There are hundreds of games, including 40 or so Cal-Wazzu games. While they have playlists for 6 of the other 7 PAC-8 schools, Cal is in the playlist "Football - various opponents". Go figure. I've only checked a few, but it appears most of these were filmed for the coaching staff, so there's mostly no sound and have been edited down to about 30-40 minutes. The ones with sound are mainly from more recent times and it does mention if there is sound in the listing.
I watched the first half of the 1958 WSU @ Cal game because it had sound and it was surprisingly good quality. It was from TV and had a very young Keith Jackson calling the play by play. Seeing Joe Kapp in action was fun, though halfback Jack Hart was the player that really stood out. Lots of fumbles by both teams!.
