The students went crazy at 11:30 pm.

Avinash tweeted video of it. His tweet went viral (It has 232,000 views as I type).

But things quickly calmed down, as Avinash subsequently tweeted. Unfortunately, Avinash's tweet is still gaining attention, including from Kirk Herbstreit (who probably just landed a few minutes ago).

The "pit" is packed but the whole glade behind the stage still has a lot of room at the moment

So far I've seen fans from Oregon, Oregon State, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio State, Oklahoma, LSU, Clemson, BYU, probably some others, can't remember. Some Miami fans, not a huge number.

ESPN did a bit of pre-show coverage a few minutes ago. The crowd looks great!! Herbstreit kept commenting on the energy and crowd turnout at such an early hour.

What's the issue? Are you worried that the parking lots are going to fill up at 5 in the morning?
I think they just may, but roll the dice.
I have had a change of plans, but once they added the extra early BART trains, it was my bet that BART was best for me coming from the Salinas area.
I think you're greatly overestimating just how many non-students are going to show up at 5 in the morning for a college football pregame show prior to a 7:30pm game.
Mmmm. maybe. Time will tell. Please just check back, please.



I left the Richmond at 5:30, got parked by 5:55. Plenty of space in the GPB lot.
