In 25+ years on the site I've never started a game thread before. Is there that little enthusiasm remaining? I must say that I am not as amped for today as I have been. Glad to see Ott starting though. Hoping he can at least have a few healthy weeks.

Yeah, if we weren't getting the late night spot I thought this game would have gone to ACC Network for sure. SMU-Duke looks like a better matchup for one of the main channels.
But maybe ESPN just thinks OSU and Cal are better ratings performers? I dunno.

There is one good quality around these attendance nadirs, is that you look around the stadium and you know that you are in good company among the hardest core of Cal fans.

My cellular connection is amazing though
I'll tune into the game 2 mins late so I don't have to see the embarrassing attendance and cringe when they show the stadium from above. Hopefully they just show a lot of tight shots of Oski and the band members forced to be there.
