Don't worry he knows a guy who knows another guy who knows a different guy who speaks in prose (appeases Shocky and the big boy old blue formerly male models donors) and also knows how to call "23 hammer" over and over and over again with 2 score 4th quarter leads which will perfectly compliment Wilcox calling "4 eagle" repeatedly with 2 score 4th quarter leads while yelling at backup defensive ends on the sidelines. Do the coaches count as administration?

He probably has a plan but its like the my plan to own a 300' sail boat - needs $. We have no Uncle Phil and everything in college revenue sports is a bidding war. He can plan to hire the best ST coach, offer a market salary, and if he gets outbid then he has to consult with donors. This will be the same for his successor.

This is definitely a hail mary hire from Justin Wilcox. Wilcox knows that Harsin is going to rub a lot of people the wrong way, but is a great offensive mind. Wilcox also knows he's gone if this doesn't succeed so he's going all in next year.

Here's the shot at the messenger: the author/researcher is a music major at a school that's been put on probation and has a higher acceptance rate than graduation rate and prohibits "homosexuality or bisexual conduct" by students in its student handbook.
