The California Golden Bears realized offensive line was a major issue this season, so they prioritized it in 2025 recruiting and in the transfer portal.

Another huge piece of the puzzle was Justin Hasenhuetl, a 6'5" 300lbs German offenisve lineman from Rabun Gap (Ga.) Nachoochee School. He ended up picking the Cal hat over North Carolina and Arkansas at Saturday's Navy All-American Bowl.

Hasenhuetl grades out as the 20th best interior offensive lineman and the 48th best prospect in the state of Georgia by 247Sports Composite.
