It was pretty much a toss up between Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson.

Though Jim Miller had Lamar Jackson #4. Reminds me of a few of the votes for Cal dropping very low on the final ballot in 2004. Cost us the Rose Bowl. Unfortunately it was a secret ballot at the time.
