Never met Sebastabear, but I just wanted to say thank you to him for providing some hope to Cal fans and to this Cal fan in particular. There are very few who make it into my Mt. Rushbear - I would say Ken the Mic Man started the passion burning for me as an undergrad. Teddy obviously built on that. There have been perhaps a couple more along the way, but most of the time in between has been filled with absolutely frustrating personal dealings with uninterested ADs, losing teams, marginal coaches and uninspired marketing and sales staff. For the last year or two, I've been at my lowest Cal Love level for my 50+ years. For the first time in so long, Sebastabear has moved the needle.
It is one thing to donate money (I personally love seeing $10 donated from someone who perhaps can't afford it just as much as I love to see $50,000+ drop in, although we know the huge importance of big dollars now more than ever), but it is another thing to donate along with putting your absolute heart and soul into a supreme and supremely successful fundraising effort like this one. I'm guessing the effort we see from Sebastabear is probably only 5% of the actual work he has put in. I salute you, Sebastabear. You can take tomorrow off, but I suppose we all know you won't.
