I am having trouble too. The app seemed to be having problems off and on this summer. I was not too concerned because I thought Cal may be getting ready for the new year. I am more concerned now that I cannot download my tickets. I emailed my Cal rep, but she is new and has not replied yet.

I did get a new Pixel 9 Pro XL a couple of weeks ago, but I was having a problem with the app before that too. Is anyone not having a problem? How about the I-phone users?

My Pixel phone uses Android 16, and the Cal Bears app does not work on it. My old Samsung uses Android 13, and the app does work on it. I used my Samsung to transfer the tickets to my Google Wallet which I can access from my Pixel. This will get me by until the Cal Bears app is updated to work on Android 16.

I was able to do it.
Cancel my subscription to the Resurrection
Send my credentials to the House of Detention

I received a call from a gentlemen in tickets sales a short time ago who said Cal is aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue. I did not catch his name, but he was someone higher up. For season ticket holders who are having problems, I hope other Cal fans will try to be helpful and focus on the issue and not distract with complaints about what they do not like about Cal.
