I'm a sellside analyst who covers Nike. As the articles discuss, Donahoe's tenure as CEO was a disaster. Nike's current CEO is basically trying to undo everything that Donahoe did. Nike still hasn't recovered. Oh, by the way, Donahoe was also pushed out of eBay years earlier. Unfortunately, our AD situation isn't great either as everyone on here knows...

He also is 65. Thinking he is a placeholder until college sports becomes more routine. At that point Stanford hires a sports guy, mot a professional manager.
