Someone needs to take away stadium PA access from the yell leaders, or the yell leaders need to be more professional.

I don't need that idiot yelling "oooooooooo" and "goooooooo" at 100db in the entire stadium.

We have the NIL money, obviously. It is just who it goes to. New coach, new payouts. Literally one transfer portal season and the team is like a 3rd year team in the old college system.

You don't even lose high school relationships anymore, as the HS pipeline degrades in importance.

Cal isn't broke. Also, anyone who thinks we can't build a team, but can keep the team we have is ignorant of how college football works now.

College football is less about long tail team building than any sport outside of MLB, maybe.

We had higher rated transfer classes leading into last year than SMU did. We paid more for our coaches. They get zero in ACC media revenue.

Well I imagine they could have just run RB Inside Zone all game and win but they might as well test to see what works until they need to try at least a little bit
