I thought the same or similar death when I heard …I'll choose electrocution over sharks again.

We won, right?

What we saw out on the field today doesn't lend a whole lot of confidence that we'll be doing more winning this season unless things improve a lot.

At its highest point (there were a lot of late arrivers and early departures) I would have estimated the crowd at around 30k, maybe a smidge below that. 35k would be the paid attendance I'm sure.

Just got back from the BC v Maine game. We definitely aren't the worst team in the conference. Wow.

Don't worry, Skynet will get us all soon enough.

No kidding. That may have been the number of tickets sold, but actual attendance was no more than 20,000.

They gave away a lot of free tickets to the game and that might have fed into the inflated numbers. I'm guessing that many free tickets went unused, and a lot of season ticket holders didn't use their tickets.

We put decent pressure on their qb. We adjusted with lupa spying. I am not that worried on that and defense is getting better. O is a hot mess with execution miatakes.

What I will say for the O is that timing between JKS and the receivers did seem better this time. Yeah, it's against weak competition but it did look better.

That won't mean much if the blocking continues to be this poor. There won't be enough time to get the ball to those receivers.

I will concede that and I also like our 4 out look because a couple of our WR have some escapability and can break tackles. Force their guys to tackle in space and that sometimes doesn't happen.

Schedule at least a halfway competitive game and many more would attend.

That's just another excuse. Just show up already!
Is Clemson a halfway decent enough of an opponent? See you in CMS on Friday!

I will also note that even against Wagner, Mark Hamper still can't break a tackle to save his life. But the guys we've got in place of him now can actually do it sometimes.

At least he didn't drop any balls this time around. Baby steps
