In Imageshack, after uploading the image, cick on "Link." Then (I do this on a Mac, but I'm sure you can do it on a PC) right-click the image and display "View image." There you get a URL ending in .jpg.

You can also try http://tinypic.com. Upload your image, and it provides a direct jpg link to it. (But you have to enter anti-robot words, unless you sign up for account.
