I was inspired by an older thread to make a t-shirt for this year's season in SF based on the Golden State Warriors retro bball uni. I decided to put my own twist on it and simplify it with a bear and modified some of the style to keep it somewhat simple yet stylish.

I've done it in photoshop (high quality) and with the intention of having it printed. I'm doing it for my Cal friends who have season tickets.

If you're interested in purchasing a t-shirt, let me know. I'd like to get a general gauge for interest. Then, with bulk orders, I can get pricing (the more people that order, the cheaper it gets). I'll likely choose American Apparel quality t-shirts which are $2-3 more but worth it IMO.

I think final pricing will be on the order of $20-25. I'm not doing this to make money as I have a full-time professional job that makes any "profit" from this not really worth my time. It's really just about my passion for Cal football and I will price it practically at-cost (printing + shipping). If you go to Cal games, we can get around shipping costs if you're willing to meet me beforehand.

lol are you joking? Well, if not, this is the front.

I was thinking about putting "2011 Cal football" on it but a die-hard friend said the simplicity of one-sided is good. Plus, it's only going to be this year so, by deduction, one would know what year it comes from. Also, printing on a second side pushes up costs.

I'm not totally against it but if I did put it on the back it would be relatively simple script.

Actually, i was just thinking that.. if it does not push up costs too much and if others like it, perhaps a small simple cal script on the back in the middle of the shoulders. but that may be asking too much.

i will still get one as is. the design looks good. thank you for this.

That will require a custom printing on a dinner table sheet.

Generally all sizes available based on a quick peek at a custom printer.

Count me in for an XL if a quality t-shirt (XXL for lower quality, i.e. Gildan). I have season tickets and will be happy to meet you at AT&T.

If you can make gold on blue as well, I'd purchase one in each color.

If possible, please try to avoid American Apparel, whose CEO is being sued in several states (including California & NY) for sexual harassment of female employees, including minors.

Yeah, this was going to be v2. It should be pretty easy to do so I'll whip it up today and then create a post/form to see if we'll have enough numbers to do that too.

Here's yellow on blue. If you like it, please say so.

Minor caveat: For the background I use "Yale" Blue which is the official Cal blue. For the actual t-shirt, I'd use their Navy colored shirt. I guess the other caveat is that the other version uses California Gold and I'd use whatever Gold they have.
