That's possible. There were tons of posters generating traffic on this public board on Saturday, asking frantically for the link to the str**m. One or more of those could have been someone from the media provider, looking to shut the site down.

I hope that didn't happen, but there was zero discretion used by many many posters here begging for the site. One nimrod even posted the site name here and it eventually made it to a public blog.

I can't believe how stupid people are sometimes.

Edit: I just checked the site and it seems to be up and running, although no content showing on it now, of course. False panic on my part, I guess.

I never heard of anyone getting banned who was not streaming video. Weird.

Keeping sites and passwords hidden is a near impossibility and I don't get too upset when they appear in blogs or forums. Getting shutdown happens (often).
