A rotten apple among an otherwise friendly fan base. Ive watched Cal games in full game day attire right next to the Husky student section in 09. Husky fans, while rowdy, were courteous and lots of fun. Course, when ball is played, smacktalk is expected... They dished it out to me in good fun.

As much as I can't stand the Husky fans, they generally have class. Their fans overall are civil and fairly intelligent football fans, save for their psychotic delusions of grandeur for Husky football.

Yah, I know, I went off on one the other day. They get under your skin like crotch rot, but I have to admit they're not the worst fans (save for this loser, who just ordered up a painful karmic arse kicking - he'll get his, don't worry)

They're far classier and more enjoyable people as a whole than SC fans, who are arrogant AND boorish a-holes.

The only complaints I have with Husky fans are 1) their unwarranted delusion that UW somehow belongs in the ranks of Alabama, Florida and Oklahoma, when their program is "mediocre BCS school," in every respect and 2) a certain Internet Football "expert" associated with the school who exports that delusion on his recruiting ranking site, bordering on the unethical, to put it very generously, and doing a tremendous disservice to young recruits in the process of pumping up his overrated football program.

And to be honest, if you took that one major league d-bag out of the equation, UW fans are completely harmless and kind of amusing in their delusion.

That being said, I hope Big has a monster day against the Huskies, just to see if anyone tries to pin it on that miscreant's post.
