In a game of few bright spots these two were indeed stout. I also thought Bigelow looked much better on the couple returns at the end. I don't think that Defensive Tackle is our problem.

Our front 7 played lights out.

As his leg strengthens and his confidence grows, he's going to be good.

This was the best dline combo in a game I've seen at a cal game in a long time.

McCain had a great game too. good to see him back after the concussion.

The D was great. Good enough to win the game if the O showed up.

Tipoti was making their center look silly. Really glad we've got him another year. I know he doesn't have the accolades or stars that some of our recent recruits have, but hes getting results. Next big Lupoi pupil I think. <br /><br />Guyton looked good as well. Hope he gets his shot in the league.

To give up only 21 points when the offense hands the ball over 5 times and punted 7 times is phenomenal. Granted, the Texas offense stinks, but they're no pushover.
