This isn't hard and she should push for it at NCAA<br /><br />That coaches hired from one school to another are subject to a "cooling off" period in respect to recruiting. <br /><br />As some may know, it is common in government for their to be a restriction on lobbying activities upon leaving public employment. A year is pretty common. While probably too long in College football, a 60 or 90 day prohibition would be the absolutely right thing to do.<br /><br />Cause if UW makes this work there are going to be a number of schools that attempt this in the future. Why not? See a competitor doing well, screw em and try to poach to meet needs.

Cal is not the first program this has happened to, nor will it be the last. Sark/Wilcox/Lupoi are just following the slimeball, ethics-free playbook of Carroll/Kiffin/Orgeron (and they didn't exactly invent it either).<br /><br />The only constant with programs like that is that sooner or later (usually later) the NCAA catches up to it.<br /><br />Who wants to guess the over/under on a show cause penalty from the NCAA against Tosh? Here is the thing, Kiffen isn't recruiting the Tennessee guys and doing in homes with them KNOWING he is going to USC. Rather he got the call and bolted immediately to his "dream" job.<br /><br />And my guess is that because of the delta between programs there was little that the toejams wanted.<br /><br />This is about being two faced. That is the real sin here.
