Would be stunned. Well, lets take comfort in the adage that there is no correlation between rankings and wins. We have a great group (it seems) of kids coming in.
No way. We gotta stop feeding these guys on Twitter.

Did you see Eligwe's comment that he told FSU Sunday night that he was definitely signing with FSU? And then he spent the last 2-3 days trying to provoke **** with Cal/FSU fans on Twitter.

touchdownbears43;699618 said:

Please
Be true

It is true. He posted a pic of himself wearing a Cal hat.

He could have the distinction of being the sole DL Cal commit of 2012.

God that's depressing. Thank god we're loaded at DL already and play a 3-4. Guess we don't have to worry about people suggesting we switch to a 4-3 any longer, so that's a silver lining.
Oh, please.....let's not go overboard. There are definite exceptions (Boise State plays above their rankings, UCLA below) but if it were all that arbitrary, why would anyone care about recruiting at all, including us? I don't buy that "no correlation" business....

But I would have liked to see them try to deal with the "outliers" - i.e. those top flight programs that consistently put up 9-10 wins and the ones that have chronically underperformed (looking at you domers) over their study period essentially as a test of sensitivity in their model.
