Okay, I didn't see or hear about that development with Clay. I thought MB and others had pegged him as working hard to get back. Okay, so not the world class speed on the team, but plenty of football speed then...and you are right-Cal has had some serious speed over the last few years(have to put Vereen up there as well)but its still pretty rare air...

The Patriots don't have any real "burners" and their passing game is deadly. Speed is important for a WR but it is far from the single most Important attribute.

There wideouts were Good enough too play for the patriots let alone NFL = speed - height doesn't matter if your good your good .

Their passing game is deadly because they have an extremely accurate QB who those a very catchable ball. Plus they all have very good hands.
