Just some "opposition research" guy who loves to overdose on "film study," a la Jon Gruden... Make the process more efficient, effective...as the weeks go by.

Its only an excuse but: NFL teams can employ more personnel than college, both from the economics and also NCAA rules. Thus, Cal makes Collins into some sort of "conditioning coach", as opposed to another WR coach...
