Teddy should have been in Allen's face and giving him some sharp words, buts he's too nice and THINKS Allen knows he made a mistake. He needs to take control and stop accepting it. He's basically condoning idiotic moves. I've seen high school coaches with more control and balls.

Ball hitting ref was entirely incidental. Guys should be allowed to show a bit of frustration. No harm caused.
