Can you really call Tedford "mediocre" at this point...?

Riley isn't that good. Fine for the Beavers but we should be shooting higher.

Plus - and this important in respect to emotions around the program - the Beaves seem to get BETTER as the year goes on. We seem to regress.

They also seem to have USC's number. They beat USC in 2006, got blown out in 2007, beat them again in 2008, lost by 6 in a shootout in 2009, and blew them out in 2010.

In those same years, we've lost by a combined score of 46-142. OSU-USC combined score has been 135-125 in favor of OSU.

Dating back to 2005, we are 9-15 against ranked opponents. OSU 8-18

However, dating back to 2007 we are 2 for our last 11. OSU is 5 for their last 17.

Under Riley, Oregon State has not been shy about playing challenging non-conference games. Since 2003, 10 of the 12 out of league road opponents have finished the season in the AP-top 25. He's also experienced success against top-25 teams winning 10 games, including three times against teams ranked No. 3 or higher.

What are our "rather significant advantages" that we have over OSU? Just curious.
