In terms of fans in the stands, I saw poor attendance @ Reno for an under-rated, hot-shot sleeper.
Still a good program. Cal should have beaten them with any amount of decent coaching and play-execution.

You are correct, but, there were some posts that seemed to try and make Nevada a more potent, under-rated team than expected - thus, the lost wasn't that bad.

Nevada is no better than the team Oregon waxed easily last season, which is what a quality Pac 12 team does to teams like Nevada. BDWs like us? We lose our home opener to them.
