It seems there were a few different issues.

1. One was that work was blocking Facebook and social media sites.

2. One was that memory was being eaten up.

3. Another was the putting the cursor over a link didn't show the hand or hover color and thus couldn't open the link.

Did people try to clear cache and Power Cycle the modem and router?

Still having trouble when running Chrome. It's as someone described, the mouse and cursor don't activate the threads. I now have counted and see that it's only the first 20, the more stale threads work.

I'm on an older laptop running XP. It works for IE, so that's what I'm running for BI.
