If I was judging/advising the officials I would be telling the one that threw that flag that his grade for the game was an F. He was behind Logan and actually couldn't see the hit. He made the call based on the fact that Logan was leaning forward so he must have been leading with the crown of his helmet.

It was not only incorrect (there is no rule against leading with the helmet, only in helmet to helmet contact.). It was made by an official who was out of position and making a call that was not his responsibility. Where that play was that kind of call belongs to the Back judge.
