No love for Sawa Sushi in Sunnyvale? On El Camino near the Lawrence Expressway. It's steep but good.

Great California rolls (you have to ask for them) and miso soup (you have to ask for it too).

I didn't delve deep into sushi on this trip. We have plenty of good sushi out here so I was looking for stuff that I don't get to enjoy here on the island.

I'm not sure what you are getting at with this question but yes, Spam Musubi rocks. Actually other forms of musubi are great too. This place called Mana Bu's makes all kinds.

I love Musubi. Talk of sushi and the fact that you live in Hawaii made me miss Spam Musubi. It's been awhile since I've had it. That's it.

Fuki on the MV / PA border on El Camino Real isn't too bad...can be a bit pricey.
