One of the most exciting things about bringing in a new coach and staff is each player will have a clean slate. The QBs will (hopefully) be evaluated based on talent, and not seniority/command of the play book. Talented guys who seemed to be in Tedford's doghouse (Gabe King, Cecil Whiteside, etc.) will be evaluated based on talent and not past acts. This will hopefully create a highly competitive environment where guys know that if they perform well in practice, they will play. Is it time for spring ball yet?

a new Head Coach with a new playbook. God forbid we have a playbook as difficult as JT's to learn. It would effectively make our seniors to be freshmen again.
