Why does every tree sit story have to reference the delays caused by Running Wolf, Dumpster Muffin, et. al.? They have a statue in Berkeley! The more the media extends their 15 minutes of fame, the more likely someone else will take on any cause this way--worthy or otherwise.

Does no one understand that past the months long legal delay, and the exorbitant costs of keeping them safe, the Berkeley tree sitters lasted mere hours past the time the legal hurdles were cleared?

I guess a statue to frivolous legal filings isn't as sexy.

We should hire some of these guys to show up at controversial construction projects. Guys like this should scare the hell out any potential tree sitters.

About five or six videos later is one about breaking up traffic jams. Totally off topic, but interesting.
