Why don't they come out and put up a $25 million reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of.. like they did for OBL? The Boston public safety unions are offering $50K.

That kind of reward would mean a great deal more to us than to some anonymous Afghani. Where would he spend it? Would he deposit it some bank run by Hamid Karzai? I imagine it wouldn't be safe from outstretched hands for very long.

they may, but 9/11 was a lot more catastrophic than the boston marathon bombing. the impact of that was used as the main motivation for us to invade two countries and conduct numerous ops in countries that wanted us no where near their territory.
Plus OBL was wanted by us for a long time, even prior to 9/11.

Nothing but a crazed theory about life and government could motivate them to engage in this kind of crime.

The sh*t is going down.
Also, a guy's apartment receives a bullet hole during an exchange of gunfire between officers and the assailant who was in another unit.
Calendar in photo (Oregon vs. Colorado):
What I'm following on computer (aside from MSNBC on tv): Gawker updates and random Twitter feeds, including Boston Globe, who are saying it's official that one of the suspects in the marathon bombing is in custody.

not even debatable there, neighbors were filming the shootout and posting it on youtube minutes after. no way news services can compete with that.
