Best all-time point guards
1) Kidd
2) Magic (more of a point-forward, comparable to lebron)
3) Oscar Robertson (great stats, but did he make his team better as much as Kidd and Magic?)
4) Stockton

Do you watch the game? Magic's game not even close to resembling James. Robertson averaged a triple double!!!
This is like saying Marshawn as good as AP. I love Cal but you are really stretching it!

Oscar was a great player, I am sure. But his triple double season is a bit overrated. When accounting for pace of play (the NBA was much quicker in Oscar's day than it is now), Lebron has had multiple seasons in which he'd have had a triple double average if he played when Oscar did.
I still don't get all the Lebron hate. He's a team player, unselfish, dominant when he needs to be, makes everyone better, is the best perimeter defender since Jordan, and even took considerably less money to play on a team and in a location that he preferred. He is everything we should want in a star athlete.

he plays that way, but he does rub people the wrong way at times with his occasional show of arrogance and the only thing hes missing from his game is that he isnt particularly clutch. hes a great player and talent. MJ and Kobe in his prime were still funner to watch because of their flare for the dramatics but i agree, both guys are probably actually lesser people off the court
grandmastapoop;842128208 said:
Lebron is actually a much better player in the clutch than Kobe. The numbers aren't even close.

its a lot easier to have better numbers if you pass up the last shot. he was scared to pull the trigger up until last year.
