For once the announcers were paying attention, the center had been signaled it was OK to snap the ball. That's on Goff for not paying attention and forgetting the signal had been made.

ABC/ESPN showed a replay of the snap and the right guard clearly signals Adcock that Goff is ready for the snap, after that Goff turns to look to the sideline. Goff can't do that once the right guard makes the signal.
