Hmmm...can you say stage mom? The son is probably embarrassed as in "Dad why you have to be a dick?" Diddy probably banned from practice now, no Hollywood U$C style recruiting. If a kid can't take yelling he's in for a really long bumpy ride. My guess, he transfers.

Quote:

P. Diddy has been arrested for allegedly getting into a fight with a football coach at UCLA ... where his son is on the team, TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told Campus Police took the music mogul into custody early Monday afternoon. Diddy's son, Justin Combs, is a defensive back on the team. We're told the fight went down at the UCLA athletic facility.

One source says an assistant coach was screaming at Justin on the field during a strength and conditioning session. We're told the coach "was riding Justin, screaming intensely at him." Diddy watched the whole thing from the sideline.

At some point later, we're told Diddy confronted the coach in his office and grabbed him. Diddy was arrested for assault.

A source connected with Diddy tells TMZ Diddy himself initially wanted to call police, but the phone was taken out of his hands.

Diddy is still in custody at campus jail.

LINK: UCLA Football Strength and Conditioning Coach Sal Alosi

Played LB at Hofstra for 4 years. NFL S&C coach. Nothing like a couple of East Coasters yelling and doing the pushy-shovy thing. Also surprised P didn't have a body guard. (haha)

UCLA football is going to be a circus with both P-Diddy AND Snoop Dogg on the sidelines.

More fun stuff from P: LINK: P Diddy naked: Rapper 'sorry' for skinny dipping with his son Justin's college friends

Quote:

P Diddy may just have bagged himself the most embarrassing dad of the year award.

The rapper turned businessman, whose real name is Sean Combs, issued a public apology to his son Justin after going skinny dipping with the 21-year-old's college friends.

Linda Ikeji reports that the multi-millionaire music mogul took to Instagram to ask for his son's forgiveness after causing him embarrassment during a party on his campus.

"I wanted to publically apologise to my son @princejdc for going to one of his parties at UCLA and embarrassing him by jumping from the top of the roof into the pool! But naked," he wrote.

While he may have felt regret, one thing that the 45-year-old star couldn't promise was that there wouldn't be a repeat performance.

I can't see Snoop doing anything similar considering he is constantly high. He might smoke a bowl with a few players though.

"Rapper's Delight"

I said a hip hop,
Hippie to the hippie,
The hip, hip a hop, and you don't stop, a rock it
To the bang bang boogie, say, up jump the boogie,
To the rhythm of the boogie, the beat.
Now, what you hear is not a test - I'm rappin' to the beat,
And me, the groove, and my friends are gonna try to move your feet.
See, I am Wonder Mike, and I'd like to say hello,
To the black, to the white, the red and the brown,
The purple and yellow. But first, I gotta
Bang bang, the boogie to the boogie,
Say up jump the boogie to the bang bang boogie,
Let's rock, you don't stop,
Rock the rhythm that'll make your body rock.
Well so far you've heard my voice but I brought two friends along,
And the next on the mic is my man Hank,
C'mon, Hank, sing that song!

Check it out, I'm the C-A-S-A, the N-O-V-A,
And the rest is F-L-Y,
You see I go by the code of the doctor of the mix,
And these reasons I'll tell you why.
You see, I'm six foot one, and I'm tons of fun
When I dress to a T,
You see, I got more clothes than Muhammad Ali
and I dress so viciously.
I got bodyguards, I got two big cars
That definitely ain't the wack,
I got a Lincoln Continental and a sunfoofed Cadillac.
So after school I take a dip in the pool,
Which is really on the wall,
I got a colour TV, so I can see
The Knicks play basketball. Hear me talk about

So much more fun when two pieces of works go head to head. Diddy might be rich but I doubt he can match Alosi's sociopathy.

Probably no chance Diddy ends up in the same jail as Suge Knight?

Quote:

Our UCLA sources tell us Diddy confronted Strength and Conditioning Coach Sal Alosi while Alosi was on the phone. We're told Diddy was told to "hang on" but he wasn't having it and picked up a kettlebell and swung it, narrowly missing Alosi. One source said if Diddy had connected it could have killed Alosi.

[quote=] We're also told the entire altercation is on video.

Quote:

And get this ... we're told Diddy is referred to by the UCLA staff as a "helicopter dad" for hovering over practices.

Yesterday's NYT Book Review had a review of a book about helicopter parents who follow their kids thru grade school, high school, college and even grad school. Even submitting resumes and job applications for their kids.
So it looks like Diddy is another helicopter parents. I wonder if he will follow his kid if he makes it to the NFL.

BTW the author of the book has a lot of info on this topic since IIRC she was dean of Freshmen Students at Stanfurd.

Here at UCLA (my place of employment), people seem to think this is no big deal, that it pales compared to the benefits of the celeb cred the UCLA football program now enjoys.

In other news, UCLA people are delusional.

Shouldn't he be charged with attempted murder if this kettleball had the mass to cause grave bodily injury or death as what people are reporting?

Is there such a charge as "attempted aggravated assault"? as a layman, that's what I'd hang my hat on.
