I'm guessing tOSU has to less on recruiting to be successful, but it really seems like the right way to go about this.

Well there's our problem right there. Our whole team is in blue. I thought blue was good? WTF!

The guy is always adopting new stuff before anyone else. Something anyone who was subjected to law school will appreciate, Meyer provides nightly homework assignments and then personally uses a Socratic method to question players the next day. And he questions everyone, not just starters covering their position. For example, the back-up quarterback needs to know where the defensive linebacker moves on a given play and scheme, and if he doesn't, its Paper Chase. TOSU may get top recruits, but they also may be one of the smartest teams thanks to Meyer.
