I didn't watch a second of this game (didn't last week either). Two weeks in a row that I have really enjoyed the Cal football experience.

I'm just trying to enjoy this year's team because I think it's next year when things get really rough. We lose an experienced QB and replace him with someone who has never played in a college game. We lose 60% of the starting OL and our leading rusher. The D is the D and we have a predictable and established baseline there. I have a strong suspicion that next year will be Dykes' last at Cal. We'll go 5-7 this year if we can pick off UCLA but I think next year is probably gonna be where things get challenging. Next year, I see a 2 to 4 win season which will be the end of it for Dykes.
