I still have some residual 2004 Holiday Bowl bitterness though. So this feels like some decent payback.

We are hilariously fickle. But so glad for this upset. Cal is still in the hunt for a bowl, which would be huge for rebuilding this program. Still need a little more luck to get over the goal line in wins.

But this win feels very very good!!

What's the difference on the defensive side? Constant blitzing? Appreciate the offense moving the pocket for Ross. Highly effective.

I don't blame him for that game. I blame our own coaches for not running it every play and for playing a 4-3 base defense against a spread offense. But it feels great to defensively shut him down.
