Since we aren't using Mac to run I really don't see the upside to having him in. His pass touch is horrible. Every throw is a laser. He throws high and behind and consistently puts receivers in dangerous positions.

He also stares down the receiver and takes half an hour to release the laser. He needs coaching.
Big first down TFL off a pretty bad play from UCLA. As difficult as it is to see us coming back from 0-10, it's that much harder to imagine how we'll come back from 3 scores down. I really hope we don't lose this game.

+1 using McIllwain as a pocket passer is insane. We need to fake the run inside and run McIlwain outside, regularly.

I hate to say it but it was more fun watching our terrible D teams than our terrible O team. At least we had hope when you knew we could score 50.

I counted one play like that, where Mac slipped down. Probably a decent gain if he doesn't.

It was protected from below. Bobbled but secured and I don't think ever touched the fake grass.
