At a wedding so I can't watch it, but looking at the box score, we are doing what we need to. Offense needs to step it up, but the game plan is working and we need to stick with it.

Garbers, for the most part, has been able to run because their line is keying on Laird. Also, throwing to Laird (what little they've done) has worked well. More of that in the 2nd half. Once they are forced to put a spy on Garbers, I think things will open up for Laird.oskidunker said:

I'm not optimistic. WSU has missed many opportunities. Some poor passes. Some drops. Penalties. I think if they get their act together we're in trouble. Of course, we could suddenly come up with an offense. Then we might have a chance.

Baldwin has not done Garbers any favors as has been typical this year. The 1 yard runs on first down, the switching in of McIkwain when he does have something going has had him throwing in obvious passing situations. Perfect throws to Hudson are dropped.

Wasn't gutsy to go for it - was the only option in that situation.
