I read Lake might be on the short list for Colorado's HC job opening

WSU under different coaches pops up now and then. It's always been with a great QB and decent defense. Who knew Minshew couldn't handle snow.

The Air Raid is great until it ain't. Last night was a perfect example of why it wets the bed when it's most needed. The offense (like Dykes did) relies on tempo and finesse. The a snow storm and a tough defense they couldn't be themselves and have no other identity.

Pirate Mike operates on pirate logic. The thing is, most pirates don't anticipate snow.

No snow and WSU has a better chance but that's the deal with all-pass no run. Something sh*t/snow happens.

I think it is generally conceded that when footing is treacherous, offensive players have an advantage. IMHO, the snow affected WSU less than the UW defense did.

Key to the game was the Huskies D-line was pressuring and sacking the QB with three rushers. When you have 8 in coverage there is not much open.
