As you quoted, I did not say friends. Colleagues and a couple neighbors to be exact, including one the next door down...
Sincere apologies, 89. I intentionally bumped up the relations for effect. Sorry to drag your good name through the mud.
Nah, it's all good. Glad to know that I have a good name around here though!
Sig test...

As everyone is a Niners fan on here, who are your top three favorite current Niners and why? I will go ahead and fill in everyone's three favorite Packers for them.

Niners:
1. George Kittle: jovial force of nature. I'm confident he is living his best life. His YAC must be respected.
2. Richard Sherman: controversial because, you know, but he's had a great career, is a very smart player and person (dude was his own damn agent), an emotional leader, and funny. I definitely see him as a coach one day.
3. Jimmy G: now that he has learned not be be seen in public with porn stars, he is back to showing us that he is more than just a pretty face. He's tough for a dreamboat. Despite one guaranteed INT, I respect his accuracy.

Packers:
1. Aaron Rodgers
2. A. Rodgers
3. A-Rod
1. Joe Staley - A funny guy who has seen it all through good times and bad
2. Richard Sherman - The kind of guy you hate when he is an opponent but you love when he is on your team
3. Kwon Alexander - the Evan Weaver of the team; always inspiring his teammates to give it everything they have

The Packers are nothing more than the next roadblock on the path. They are no different than Minnesota, Seattle or anyone else. I can't think of one player I care about.

Za'Darius Smith? How can you not care about Za'Darius Smith!!!

Well. I cared a lot about Dr. Zachary Smith. He was one of my favorite TV characters.....

To be clear, 71: you have love for a certain locker room benefactor, do you not?

Of course. However, that "love" does not extend to games in which he plays against SF. On those days, he is just another guy on the other team....

After weeks of this, I'm starting to realize that, when the national press picks against you, it's because you are the better team. Prognosticators like to look sophisticated and cutting edge and picking the underdog, if they end up correct, makes them look smart. Meanwhile, if they end up wrong, the will remain quiet about and nobody will remember, notice or care.

49ers are the clear favorite and everybody knows it. Sure there is always a chance they will win. There's also a chance that two planes will run into the world trade center and knock them down, killing thousands. And since that actually happened, then so can GB win. It doesn't mean it is a smart or cutting edge choice. Nor does it mean, if it happens, that GB is the better team. It just means that GB cashed in on whatever slim odds they have.

49ers are the better team in practically every phase and everybody knows it.

Question--If the two teams were playing a 7 game series, how many folks would lay money down on GB?
