In the past few weeks the app on my applevtv has had some problems.BeachedBear said:
I have to ask. My P12N via Sling is always a very poor quality picture. Not HD, lots of pixelation, latency issues. Dont see this on any other network. Anyone else have pic quality issues unique to P12N?

1. When i click exit it dies not go back to pac 12 menu but apple main menu. No other app does this. I have to force close the app using apple tv remote.
2. When it goes that pac 12 mountain scene playing that awful music, it sometimes does not go back to live action.
3. Games often do not appear as whats available next.
Have complained to pac 12 and gotten no response. That app seems to be developing problems over the past few weeks.
The picture is always hd with few latency problems.
Not the way you want to end a half. Colorado is good at forcing non-steal turnovers. For the first 10 minutes, Cal only had three turnovers and went up 18-11. Then the Bears scored just five points over the last 10 minutes and turned it over six times. Gotta be smarter with the ball.BeachedBear said:
Down 32-20 under 2mins in first half. This one could be getting away earlier than usual.
I don't know how colorado is rated on defense, but to me they look like one of the better defensive teams in the pactthompson993 said:
I agree Sluggp but I think Colorado has better defenders than Cal has offensive players. They are trying to get the ball inside but Colorado's defense is doing a good job of preventing that and If it's Lars he is going to fumble it away most times anyway. I really like Celestine but he needs work on defense. He was late on his defensive rotations 3 different times that resulted in 3 made 3's by Colorado. Good to see Fox fired up on the sidelines as it appeared that Joel Brown was not running the offense or what passes as Fox's offense. I think that we will be a decent team before the end of the year. Go Bears.
The painful thing is Cal was in Walker's final three (with St. Mary's and Colorado).HoopDreams said:
can we get a 6-8 freshmen like Walker? hitting shots from all over the court
fox had a big message for his PG Brown during that time out
nice block by Lars
we need to hit our 3 pointers to win this one and get the ball to Kelly inside
I always think we need a 6-7 point lead with 5 minutes remaining to beat Colorado because McKinley always just throws out the play book and goes wild when they are behind at end of games ... right now that looks unlikely due to their end of first half burst
Very high. Like No. 18 in the country according to KenPom. But their conference-only defense is only No. 7 in the league so far this year.HoopDreams said:I don't know how colorado is rated on defense, but to me they look like one of the better defensive teams in the pactthompson993 said:

Sign of a mature college player. Only three points on four shot attempts but 11 ASSISTS. He's making his team better.BeachedBear said:
Down 20 at12:29 left in second half. McKinley clinic (say that 5 times fast).

Seems like he is more of an off ball player, but Cal only really has Brown who you want on the ball. Need to recruit someone else.tthompson993 said:
I am a bit frustrated with Hyder's play so far this year. Perhaps I was expecting a more complete player who could actually make a decent percentage of his shots and set up other people for theirs.
I'd like to see more of Celestine at this point.sluggo said:Seems like he is more of an off ball player, but Cal only really has Brown who you want on the ball. Need to recruit someone else.tthompson993 said:

Yep. Right after I posted that, he did that burst. I think he realized he could get a double-double with points and assists.HoopDreams said:
Here is the McKinley burst I was talking about... just seems to score in buckets when he wants to
Nothing flashy but he certainly has the floater down to a science
Bradley are you watching that?NathanAllen said:Sign of a mature college player. Only three points on four shot attempts but 11 ASSISTS. He's making his team better.BeachedBear said:

Are you confusing Bowser and Hyder? Bowser has barely played, while Celestine has played a lot. Celestine has the shot if he can be set up better. Bowser may need another year or two to develop his skills.Alkiadt said:I'd like to see more of Celestine at this point.sluggo said:Seems like he is more of an off ball player, but Cal only really has Brown who you want on the ball. Bowser should not be on the floor over him.
Colorado has better players, but that has nothing to do with playing properly. Cal needs to have superior players, not just even players, to make up for poor offensive coaching.tthompson993 said:

I envy your optimism of watching that game and thinking Cal "will be a decent team before the end of the year."tthompson993 said:
