"I have no idea who was wearing the suit that day, but whoever it was set back Oski a generation with a single toss. The cake missed Mama Payton and landed on Gary's father and his brother, a minister. All hell broke loose - the Cal section went wild. So did the Paytons. Embarrassed Cal officials offered towels, but the Paytons were having none of it. They wanted Oski's blood."

Making field goals is better than not making field goals.
I can't compete with Walton but I was at that game too. Oski was repeatedly pointing at the cake then pointing at Payton's family. I and I think almost everyone else was shocked when he (she?) actually threw it. Couldn't see exactly what happened after but there was quite a commotion around Payton's parents.bearister said:
I'm playing the role of Walton tonight interjecting side stories instead of real time game commentary. I was at the Oskie pie throwing game.

We started out playing great, but then something happened and I have no idea what.

Ben, that is an overly generous interpretation of "fought for the ball."
How tall did Ben just say Joel is? I think he is confused.

Ha! I thought my margarita had floored me! He said 6-5/6-6! Look at the teams' rosters before the game, Ben.
Yep. Right after that big three. Foreman has a tendency to force a bit too much. Something to work on in the off-season.HoopDreams said:
Not a good decision by foreman
We are not playing smart in crunch time
Ball has to go through Matt and Kelly
