At least the basketball team only has about 15 players and maybe 10 coach/staffers.
Forget about the positive/negative Mark Fox' coaching ability discussion for a minute.
Lets hope at the very least that he has the management skills to avoid the fiasco that the football team got involved in this weekend.
How could Wilcox have avoided the fiasco?
Hey SFCity. Honestly I didn't mean to imply that Wilcox could have avoided what happened. He has plently on his plate and I didn't mean to put anything on him. Just trying to lighten things up, that's all, because the posts on the football board have been a little bit "edgy." Just figured that in Fox's case he must be observing this, and doing everything he can to prevent the situation from happening to his team. And since there are only 15 players or so, his ability to be proactive in keeping the players active just might be a little easier than Wilcox.
It just feels nice over here on the basketball board for a change, because hopefully our bantering and bickering can be reduced to what goes on when the players are playing, as opposed to the other stuff.
While I don't claim to be a basketball expert, at least I feel more qualified to comment on basketball, as opposed to the medical aspects of Covid, and the implementation of the governing rules concening it (school, and city, and county), which I know I am next to clueless on in the knowledge department.
And fat slice, I'm just saying that even though are expectations are low, at least if we can put our guys on the court we just may win a game or two!
So yes guys, it feels good over here!
